They suppose the highest criterion of legitimation of states and appear as the engine of national and international political action. Thanks to this university course in Advanced Human Rights Legal Studies, a complete and specialized training of human rights will be offered to guide the student towards academic and research learning. The course will include a general part where international human rights protection procedures are presented and a special part by analyzing the workplace or the appeal for amparo. The basic objectives of this are identified with the development of human rights teaching.
