Summary

At present there is a wide variety of activities to improve health through physical exercise. In gyms and sports centers a new sports activity is appearing, easy to develop and that is the ideal means to find a balance between the body and mind. This sports modality is called "aerocicling." One of the most valued phenomena of all societies of our time is sports and physical activity, and for this, it is very important to have a sports coach as a guide and teacher. At present it is essential that having a sports coach to facilitate the physical activity of the athlete and provide greater motivation. To be a good coach, this course especially pays attention to the anatomy and physiology involved in physical activity, since it must know the human body, and also, it exposes the basic and psychomotor physical qualities that we can develop. Something fundamental, for a coach is how to prepare a training session to organize the athlete's improvement process. And finally, it exposes possible injuries and risks that athletes may suffer, and how to help a situation of first aid. This course in Aerocicling Monitor offers you specific J Training in the field.

Goals

- Know the anatomical bases involved in movement and physical activity in relation to the locomotor apparatus. - Analyze the physiology involved in physical activity, in muscle physiology, energy systems and the systems and devices of the human body. - Study training theory in terms of its objectives, adaptation mechanisms, training principles, basic and coordinative capacities, and training effects. - Identify the foundations of psychology and sociology applied to leisure and physical conditioning activities. - Define aerocicling next to its objectives, the figure of the instructor, the bicycle, the Aerocicling Practice room, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of this sports practice. - Describe the technical aspects of aerocicling in terms of bicycle settings or adjustments, technical foundations on pedaling, position and grips, as well as the most frequent errors and advice to avoid aerocicling lesions. - Analyze the methodology and planning of sessions carried out by the instructor in relation to training methods, cadences, intensity, work of capabilities, aerocicling sessions and to which it is destined. - Assess the importance of music in aerocicling as a fundamental aspect, since it marks the pattern of the movement and is part of the motivation of practitioners. - Know the main sports injuries, in terms of recovery and prevention, and the performance to be carried out in first aid. - Know the anatomy and physiology of our body involved in physical activity. - Know the basic physical abilities for training and the factors that influence their development. - Understand the psychomotor learning process to achieve its development. - Perform the training session planning to organize the athlete's improvement process. - Know the basic regulations of the different sports. - Know the possible injuries and risks that athletes may suffer, and how to help a first aid situation.
