Summary

At present there is a wide variety of activities to improve health through physical exercise. In gyms and sports centers a new sports activity is appearing, easy to develop and that is the ideal means to find a balance between the body and mind. This sports modality is called "aerocicling." Today, the concern for everything that refers to dietary and human nutrition is already very high and is justified by a series of factors, among which we highlight a greater demand for quality of life in contemporary western society that translates into the search for a better diet, healthier and more balanced. The Aerocicling Monitor course + Nutrition Specialization of sports practice offers specific training in the field.

Goals

- Know the anatomical bases involved in movement and physical activity in relation to the locomotor apparatus. - Analyze the physiology involved in physical activity, in muscle physiology, energy systems and the systems and devices of the human body. - Study training theory in terms of its objectives, adaptation mechanisms, training principles, basic and coordinative capacities, and training effects. - Identify the foundations of psychology and sociology applied to leisure and physical conditioning activities. - Define aerocicling next to its objectives, the figure of the instructor, the bicycle, the Aerocicling Practice room, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of this sports practice. - Describe the technical aspects of aerocicling in terms of bicycle settings or adjustments, technical foundations on pedaling, position and grips, as well as the most frequent errors and advice to avoid aerocicling lesions. - Analyze the methodology and planning of sessions carried out by the instructor in relation to training methods, cadences, intensity, work of capabilities, aerocicling sessions and to which it is destined. - Assess the importance of music in aerocicling as a fundamental aspect, since it marks the pattern of the movement and is part of the motivation of practitioners. - Know the main sports injuries, in terms of recovery and prevention, and the performance to be carried out in first aid. - Offer an approach to the main concepts of dietary and nutrition, applied to the feeding of people who perform some type of sports activity at a higher or less level. - Present the nutritional aspects of proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins. - Know the specific nutritional needs of people who practice some sport. - Provide the necessary knowledge to elaborate an adequate food plan for people who carry out some sporting activity, either professional or simply or as a measure to stay fit.
