AGAN0112 Course assistance in health controls in slaughterhouses, hunting manipulation establishments and exploded rooms (full professional certificate)

In the field of the Agrarian Professional Family it is necessary to know the fundamental aspects in assistance in health controls in slaughterhouses, hunting manipulation establishments and exploded rooms. Thus, with the present course of the professional livestock area, it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to know the main aspects in assistance in health controls in slaughterhouses, hunting manipulation establishments and exploded rooms.

- Perform the initial inspection examination "against Mortem" of animals, - Perform the initial inspection exam "post mortem" of channels and spoils. - Control the management of unprofitable by -products of animal origin. - Perform auxiliary inspection and health control operations of the exploded. - Carry out operations related to the development of good audits

He develops his professional activity as a dependent worker, being part of an inspection team, in slaughterhouses in which abasting animals (ugulated, birds, lagomorphs) and breeding hunting are sacrificed and slaughtered, enchanted one of the areas of the sacrifice and slaughter line: reception of animals, stunning, sacrifice, bleed of channels, in exploded rooms in which they bonate, win and prepare channels and in hunting manipulation establishments where hunting and flesh are prepared, under the supervision and guidance of the person responsible for health controls.

The present training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the Agan0112 Professional Certificate in the health controls in slaughterhouses, hunting manipulation establishments and exploded rooms certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will opt for the corresponding certificate of the corresponding certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the Agrarian Professional Family and more specifically in the professional livestock area, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related in assistance in health controls in slaughterhouses, hunting manipulation establishments and exploded rooms.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
