Allergen Management Course in Food Distribution

Professionals in the food distribution sector must be trained in the field of allergen management and labeling, based on what is stipulated in the new European Regulation 1169/2011 of mandatory compliance in the food sector. The allergen management course in food distribution is intended for professionals to acquire the necessary skills and skills to implement allergen management and control systems in all the tasks in which they need to manipulate various foods, in order to reduce all the risks that can generate intolerances or allergies. This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
