Summary
Budget management is considered a fundamental tool to carry out the control of, in this case, the local administration, with which it is intended to achieve the objectives that have previously set, reflected in the budget, considering it as the quantitative expression of the planning of the local administration. With the realization of this course in public accounting of the Junta de Andalucia, the fundamental aspects of budgetary management in this administration will be attended.
