Summary
The objective of strengthening measures to promote health in schools. This was proposed by WHO in 1995 to link children with health services and thus ensure their maximum well -being and help them develop good habits in different areas of life. Thanks to this applied school health course you can learn which are the fundamental principles of school health and their importance in the well -being and academic performance of the students. In addition, you will understand the key concepts for health promotion and disease prevention in the school context, which may include the teaching of life skills, healthy eating education, physical activity promotion, mental illness prevention and stress management.
