Summary

Today, the evolution of physical leisure practices in society, reveals that aquatic healthy physical conditioning activities through music and recreation are consolidated significantly. The Aquaerobic pursues the objective of the development of body expression and sense of rhythm, assimilation of exercises, and the improvement of physical qualities and skills in the aquatic environment, within a relaxed environment where students are integrated thanks to the music and attention that it demands. Today, the concern for everything that refers to dietary and human nutrition is already very high and is justified by a series of factors, among which we highlight a greater demand for quality of life in contemporary western society that translates into the search for a better diet, healthier and more balanced. The appropriate diet to enjoy good health is the result of the application of basic knowledge that demonstrates the links between the intake of certain foods with some pathologies, such as cardiovascular diseases, arteriosclerosis, obesity, diabetes, etc. With the Aquaerobic monitor course + Specialization in Nutrition of Sports Practice, it is intended to offer an approach to dietary and nutrition in the sports field to know the nutritional needs of athletes to develop balanced diets and in accordance with their energy expenditure, in addition to Aquaeróbic.

- Know the anatomical bases involved in movement and physical activity in relation to the locomotor apparatus. - Analyze the physiology involved in physical activity, in terms of muscular physiology, energy systems and muscle contraction of the human body. - Define Aquaerobic within aquatic activities and areas of action, together with the objectives and principles of activities in the aquatic environment. - Analyze the Aquaerobic activity along with its benefits, variants it presents, as well as the Aquaerobic class, its material, the parts of the session or its basic steps. - Identify the rhythmic structure in the Aquaerobic, attending to music in a Aquaerobic session, choreography and its construction through the most relevant methods. - Define the physical qualities and abilities, together with the coordinatives, as well as those working with the Aquaerobic. - Determine the Aquaerobic activity in people of the 3rd age as a recommended activity for its low impact. - Study the programming and organization of Aquaerobic activities, analyzing the elements of the programming, the theory and practice of programming techniques, and explaining how a program and the qualities of the monitor should be carried out. - Know the main sports injuries, in terms of recovery and prevention, the performance to be carried out in first aid and the rescue and aquatic rescue methods. - Offer an approach to the main concepts of dietary and nutrition, applied to the feeding of people who perform some type of sports activity at a higher or less level. - Present the nutritional aspects of proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins. - Know the specific nutritional needs of people who practice some sport. - Provide the necessary knowledge to elaborate an adequate food plan for people who carry out some sporting activity, either professional or simply or as a measure to stay fit.
