Summary

Aquafitness is booming: today, almost all pools, hot springs and wellness centers offer Aquafitness classes. Sport fans of all ages point to this fun sports modality and, both those who practice footing and swimming usually visit the pools to enjoy these classes in the water. This course offers you a specialized training that enables you to work as a Aquafitness monitor. In addition, this course has been created under this idea and aims to train the teaching staff for the development of different training actions such as official continuous training plans, official non -regulated training or occupational professional training. The Spanish Fitness Federation accredits only the contents referring to physical activity, any mention to technical-tactical aspects is outside its competences and accreditation.

Goals

- Know organic functions and physical fatigue within the scope of fitness and basic motor skills. - Learn some basic pedagogical considerations for Aquafitness monitors. - Apply different aquatic activities programs for people of different ages. - Put into practice the elaboration of choreographies using different technical resources. - Know how to act before different types of sports injuries or rescue in aquatic media. - Acquire the necessary capacities to perform teachers' functions in a private training or academy. - Acquire the pedagogical and didactic competences necessary for the design, planning, management and implementation of a training plan, both in the business field and in the unregulated official training.

Who is it addressed to?

This course is aimed at all those who are dedicated to the world of physical and sports activities or any person interested in training or exercising as a Aquafitness monitor or training students in this area.

Official Character

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.

Certification

Double degree: - Aquafitness monitor degree issued by EDUSPORT and accredited by the Spanish Fitness Federation (FEF) which will be able to access as a federated receiving the corresponding professional card in Aqua Fitness monitor, in addition to the end of the training, the student will become part of the Spanish Registry of Exercise professionals (ESREPS) that collects the professionals of the year, establishing a standard of quality and Professional registration to guarantee safe and effective advice from customers users of fitness facilities for qualified professionals. The Spanish Fitness Federation accredits only the contents referring to physical activity, any mention to technical-tactical aspects is outside its competences and accreditation. - University Degree of Training of Formators by the Antonio de Nebrija University with 5 ECTS university credits. Scoring course as merits for access oppositions to the teaching public function in all CC. AA., According to R.D. 276/2007 of February 23 (BOE 2/3/2007). This is carried out within the permanent training plan of the Antonio de Nebrija University
