Summary
Aquatic or Aquagym Fitness as it is known, it is an increasingly popular sports practice, based on the realization of aerobic exercises and choreographies in an aquatic environment, taking advantage of the resistance exerted by water, which implies an increase in the effort made with the muscles. Through this Aquagym Instructor Course, students will be able to develop the appropriate professional knowledge and competences to carry out the organization and revitalization of sports sessions and activities of aquatic fitness. The Spanish Fitness Federation accredits only the contents referring to physical activity, any mention to technical-tactical aspects is outside its competences and accreditation.

Who is it addressed
This Aquagym Instructor course is aimed at professionals and sports students who want to expand or update their knowledge to specialize in this sports discipline, as well as any person who has an interest in training in the practice of actual fitness, either for personal or professional issues.
Official character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). Degree issued by EDUSPORT, specialized center in sports training and accredited by the Spanish Fitness Federation (FEF) which will be able to access as a federated receiving the corresponding professional card in Aqua Fitness monitor, in addition to the end of the training, the student will become part of the Spanish Registry of Exercise Professionals (ESREPS) that collects the professionals of the year, establishing a quality standard and a professional registration to guarantee a Safe and effective advice of customers users of fitness facilities for qualified professionals.
