In the field of graphic arts, it is necessary to know the different fields of manipulated and completion of graphic products, within the professional area of transformation and conversion into graphic industries. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge within the General Competition Unit to perform basic operations of manipulated in the completion of graphic products with support of auxiliary counter machines and perform packaging and palletized work, as well as management, transport and supply of materials, according to established procedures and following instructions received, applying the standards of quality, safety and environmental protection established by the company.

- Describe the basic manipulated that applied to graphic products, sequenceing the necessary operations for their realization, based on work instructions, samples, sketches or models. - Identify the most common products, materials and supplies used in simple manipulated processes, specifying their application by their nature, behavior and use needs. - Provide the different elements and materials in the work space, applying resource optimization criteria and quality standards, safety and health in basic manipulated processes of graphic products. - Apply manual binding procedures, through simple operations, using with optimization criteria the indicated tools and tools complying with safety, health and environmental protection standards. - Apply different transformed procedures through simple manual operations, using with optimization criteria, the tools and tools indicated and complying with the norms of safety, health and environmental protection. - Specify the preventive measures of occupational hazards to be applied, based on the identification of occupational hazards of simple binding, manipulated and transformed products in graphic industries. - Define the mechanized processes in the basic operations of manipulated in graphic industries that improve production and ensure the quality of the transformed product, sequenceing the necessary operations for its realization. - Identify the most common machines and supplies used in manipulated processes describing their function, field of application and mechanical adaptability according to the materials to be treated. - Perform manipulated operations of graphic products in the most common auxiliary machines used, adapting their components and interchangeable elements to the needs of the supports and to defined work parameters, complying with the current safety, health and environmental protection standards. - Apply simple manipulated mechanical processes about the most common gigantography products according to the specific needs in each case. - Identify the most common anomalies and incidents in different graphic products through visual comparison and observation, applying defined sampling techniques. - Apply first level cleaning and maintenance procedures in the auxiliary machines of manipulated in graphic industries, according to technical manuals, complying with safety, health and environmental protection standards. - Describe occupational risks in operations with auxiliary manipulated machines, identifying the preventive measures to be taken. - Perform manual or mechanical operations of evacuated, packaged and packaged of graphic or semi -finished graphic products in graphical production machines and equipment. - Identify the most appropriate containers for packaging, conditioning, distribution and storage that ensure the identification, location and integrity of the different graphic products. - Apply stacking and palletized methods of graphic products ensuring their integrity and applying security measures that allow their safe displacement. - Perform stack protection operations for distribution and transport, by straightening, retractable or manually and mechanically cooled creating stable and safe batteries in its management. - Mark and customize batteries of products prepared for distribution and delivery, fulfilling the identifying labels. - Describe occupational risks in actions related to evacuation, packaging, stacked, retractable or palletized operations of graphic products identifying the prevention measures to be taken.

In small, medium or large companies, with very diverse organizational/technological levels. It is integrated into a work team where it performs its functions following instructions received under the direct supervision of a responsible.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the Certificate of Professionalism ARGT0111 Manipulated and completion of graphic products, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).
