Summary

In the field of physical activity and sport, it is necessary to know the different concepts of base football, since football is considered the first sport in many countries. Thus, with the present course of Base and Sports Health Coach, it is intended to contribute the necessary knowledge to know the first technical and tactical lessons and the indispensable contents about sports health.

Goals

- Know the concept and purpose of base football, importance and professional development - Know the psycho -pedagogical bases of sports teaching and training, as well as the sociological foundations of sport - Analyze and know the theory and practice of sports training, elementary techniques and tactics, team management and the methodology of sports teaching and training - knowing the organization and sports legislation applicable to base football Sports - Know the importance of mass health massage. - Verify and classify the different types of bandage depending on their characteristics. - Recognize the importance of good food in sports. - Know the most frequent lesions and their treatments.

The present course of Base and Sports Health Trainer is aimed at the professionals of the world of physical activity and sports, specifically those who want to train as a base soccer coach, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge in sports health. (This training is aimed at training non -professional soccer teams as well as to exercise as a team's sports director: for professional teams consult with the corresponding soccer federation)

Official Character

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). Double degree: - University Football Trainer University degree with 5 ECTS university credits with 125 hours - University degree in Sports Health with 5 ECTS university credits with 125 hours. Scoring course as merits for access oppositions to the teaching public function in all CC. AA., According to R.D. 276/2007 of February 23 (BOE 2/3/2007).
