Summary
Security companies must provide specific technical and operational training to operators and other personnel dedicated to the treatment of alarm signals received by monitoring plants, from the systems connected to them, which allows them to comply with, at least, with the required action procedures. The course contemplates among other things, what requirements should the operators of an alarm central and other intervening personnel meet, what are the steps to follow or action protocol to consider that an alarm is correctly verified, both by technical and human means, and can be communicated to the security forces.
