MF0108-3 Course Development of Chap Process Projects

In the field of mechanical manufacturing, it is necessary to know the different fields of the design of sheet metal process within the professional area of mechanical production. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to design useful for sheet metal.

- Define sheet supplies tools, providing constructive solutions and determining the specifications, characteristics, disposition, dimensions and cost of components and sets, complying with the rules of occupational risk and environment prevention. - Perform the necessary technical calculations to dimension the tools and their auxiliary systems, based on established previous data. - Verify that the development of the project complies with the design specifications, ensuring the quality of the product and complying with the regulations for prevention of occupational hazards and the environment. - Establish the trial plan that allows to verify the level of reliability of the product, optimizing the cost of the tests and controls and complying with the rules for prevention of occupational hazards and the environment.

Exercise its activity in functions of preparing machines or systems for machining, electroerosion and related procedures (cylindrical rectifier, flat rectifier, electroerosion by penetration, thread electroerosion and related, etc.), as well as the execution of machining in conventional or CNC machines.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0108_3 training module. Development of sheet process tools certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of mechanical manufacturing, specifically in the design of sheet metal process, within the professional area of mechanical production, and to all those people interested in acquiring related knowledge to design useful for the process process.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
