Within the world of transport and maintenance of vehicles it is necessary to know the different fields of the maintenance of vehicle body structures both at the sheet and paint level. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to train the student as a professional sheet and paint technician.

- Learn the functions of a motor sheet and paint technician. - Analyze surface masking processes, in order to select the appropriate method, depending on the type of support. - Apply masking methods, determining the equipment and materials that are necessary for the protection of areas that will not be sprayed. - Identify the tools involved in repairing metal elements. - Form metallic elements to return the original forms and dimensions. - Apply surface equalization products, ensuring the correct settlement of the successive layers applied. - Perform product application operations used for surface preparation, ensuring its correct anchor and the absence of irregularities.

At the end of the course, the student will be able to identify the parts of a body of the vehicle, the tools and their uses, the assembly and welding systems used in the body as well as the repair processes. You can also repair a vehicle to paint it and know the process and the colorimetry used.

This course is aimed at all those interested in training as a professional sheet and car painting technician to be able to exercise the profession on their own or others.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
