Civil Procedural Law Course

This legal branch is responsible for regulating the organization of the courts of justice and the actions that are carried out in front of them, establishing the formalities that must be followed for the application of material law. With the study of this course in Civil Procedural Law, the analysis of the procedural part of Civil Law will be deepened, collected by the Civil Procedure Law, in order to acquire all the necessary knowledge about the practice and resolution of judicial conflicts in civil matters, analyzing the structure of civil procedural law around three concepts: jurisdiction, action and process, and taking into account the principles and sources in which this right is based.
