The course in communication and social skills for health professionals provides the necessary knowledge to face various communication situations in the health environment, an area that requires increasingly trained and specialized professionals. This course allows you to acquire specific skills, tools and techniques to face situations of aggression or give bad news. Teachers, with extensive experience in very varied health fields, will offer students all the support and resources necessary to strengthen knowledge, thus facilitating the incorporation into the labor market or the improvement of skills in case of professionally devoting themselves to the health field.

Thanks to the study of specific social and technical skills of psychological intervention, you will get the necessary knowledge to give bad news or handle the relationship between the patient and health personnel.

The course in communication and social skills for health professionals is aimed at all those interested in entering the field of communication and the management of aggression in the health environment, as well as health professionals who wish to continue training and/or want to achieve a degree and improve their work performance in this aspect.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
