Construction Advisor Course Expert Course in Fiscal and Accounting Advice for construction and real estate companies + university degree (8 ECTS credits)

There are certain activity sectors that, due to their own and specific characteristics, differ from the rest and make an adapted accounting regulation necessary. This is the case of construction companies and real estate companies that have required a regulation in differentiated sector plans of the General Accounting Plan and that need a specific study. If to accounting knowledge we add the legal and fiscal part, our course will provide the accounting professional with the necessary approach to adapt your profession to this type of increasingly important societies in the productive sector and that demand the need for experts in their management.

- Know the accounting regulation that determines the obligations of construction and real estate companies that serve as the basis for the development of our study. - Review those standards of assessment of the General Accounting Plan that directly affect these types of societies. - Determine the way of registering income from the realization percentage method and the contract method fulfilled. - Understand the legal/economic structure of real estate properties. - Know the different taxes taxed by real estate operations - Identify the cases of application of the Patrimony Tax, VAT, IRPF, ISD.

The formation of our expert will focus on those people who develop or want to develop their professional work in the administration and management departments of the construction and real estate entities. It will also be aimed at professionals who work independently in the work of accounting and fiscal advice of entities and who wish to expand their field of action to sectors that need a specific and more advanced accounting knowledge than that provided by the PGC.

The approach in the accounting, legal and fiscal field of our course offers the student the ability to bring their accounting knowledge to the fields of the activity with an increasing projection and that require professionals with specific knowledge. The preparation in the two sectoral plans of this type of societies wide knowledge and allows the leading of daily accounting and closing operations to the student, offering the security of working with the appropriate regulations.

The formation of the expert course in fiscal and accounting advice of construction and real estate companies will go to people who already have accounting knowledge and wish to expand them in order to manage the activities of these sectors. It is also a complementary training for those who have an equivalent degree or title in business administration and management, business and economy since the doors will open to a labor market with more and more future.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
