COURSE ELABORATION OF PACKAGING AND PACKAGES: MF1339_2 Online preparation lines of packaging, packaging and stationery items

In the field of graphic arts, it is necessary to know the different fields of the manufacture of complexes, packaging, packaging and other paper and cardboard items, within the professional area Transformation and conversion into graphic industries. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to prepare the lines of making containers, packaging and stationery.

- Determine the particularities of the different lines of preparation of packaging, packaging and stationery in relation to the characteristics, format and nature of the different supports and according to the different types of units that can form them. - Determine the functionality of different tools and interchangeable elements, from making different couplings in packaging lines, packaging and stationery. - Configure electronic control systems of different elaboration lines Packaging, packaging and stationery from different indications of work orders. - Interpret limited planes, diagrams, schemes and other representations of different packaging, packaging and stationery to transform, identifying each of the lines and the elements that integrate them. - Operate in different mechanisms for the pre -healing and feeding of packaging materials, packaging and stationery articles by adapting them to a support and different transformation needs given. - Regulate printing, stamping, marked and/or stamped units in different lines of making containers, packaging and stationery by mechanical or electronic operations, ensuring the correct impression or trocaled in different situations. - Regulate pre -bored and folded units in different lines of making containers, packaging and stationery articles by adapting them to the needs of different supports and according to the different products to be converted. - Regulate the different units of material union: glue, thermalors, staplers or others, according to the characteristics of the support and the needs of certain containers, packaging and died stationery items. - Regulate output units in packaging lines, packaging and stationery articles by adapting them to the type of product and the material to be used.

Prepare complex materials, packaging, packaging, stationery and other items for domestic and hygienic use and treating superficially papers, cartons and other materials operating in equipment and transformation lines, preparing and controlling all production parameters and necessary raw materials, and intervening in the graphic process according to the established productivity and quality and applying the plan for the prevention of occupational hazards and environmental protection.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1339_2 training module preparation of packaging, packaging and stationery items, certifying having passed the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of graphic arts, specifically in manufacturing complexes, packaging, packaging and other paper and cardboard items, within the professional area transformation and conversion into graphic industries, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge necessary to prepare the lines of making packaging, packaging and stationery.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
