Summary
At present there are more and more children presenting food allergy, demonstrating mainly in industrialized countries. This increase in cases from childhood is a constant update of the pathophysiological bases of food allergy. Currently such food allergies can mean very varied symptoms, which involve the affectation of different organs, and may even reach anaphylaxis.
