Course in Accounting of Commercial Companies and other entities

Financial accounting allows us to keep the accounting in the day -to -day life of the accountant and in the facts that concern the closing of the year. However, there are operations that, even called special, are currents in all types of societies and do not usually be part of accounting studies. We refer to the notes that generate facts such as the Constitution, the variations of the heritage, the distribution of benefits, solutions, etc. that in case of studying, they are exclusively attached to the corporation. With this course we want to study all accounting aspects in commercial societies, not only in the anonymous but also in limited, cooperative, collective, limited and special situations such as creditors or commission and complex businesses.

- Know the accounting and commercial regulation of corporations and their main movements. - Analyze the differences with the limited society and see the main accounting annotations of this. - Know the general aspects, capital movements and distribution of results in the limited company new company, collective and limited societies. - Review the theoretical concepts, constitution, contributions, reserve fund and the distribution of results in cooperative societies. - Understand the centralized and decentralized accounting systems in branches. - Analyze the possible situations of imbalance in society and the fundamental aspects of the creditors contest.

By assuming our course an advance in accounting and commercial knowledge of all types of societies, the student will assume a labor opportunity in entities such as cooperatives, individual societies, competition operations in branches such as: administrative positions in all types of societies, professionals from the company's accounting department, self -employed professionals dedicated to accounting advice.

The knowledge acquired with our course aims to complement the accounting training in special operations that are usually not part of the study content. The student will have the necessary advanced training that will allow him to opt for more complex and specialized operations than those allowed by financial accounting. The student preparation will make it an expert in all commercial and accounting matters referring to all types of societies and in all areas.

Our course will be mainly intended for people who already have accounting knowledge and wish to expand them in operations that, even if they are not common, are still common to any type of society. The orientation of the same will be for professionals in the accounting sector who are already working and for graduates in the branch of administration and management of business or law that need this training as a complement to their studies.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
