Summary
Pharmaceutical deontology is the set of ethical principles that include activity in the pharmacy area, both in research, production, distribution and marketing, and in the recommendation and administration by health professionals. This course aims to provide information about the fundamental principles of pharmaceutical deontology as well as the moral responsibility of professionals who work and develop activities in this area. It attends to the rational way of developing pharmacology without violating the rights of the subjects who participate in the studies and essays that are carried out with them. In addition, it includes issues related to the rational use of medicines, and some issues raised today, such as doping and unfair competition between laboratories.

This course prepares you to know the ethical and moral principles of applied pharmaceutical deontology, which allows to acquire the main values to develop a correct work activity, respecting at all times the values of living beings allocates to pharmaceutical products. In the same way, he also prepares to know different conflicting situations that are currently highlighted, such as doping and unfair competition between drug manufacturing laboratories.
Who is it addressed to?
This course is aimed at every professional who is interested in knowing in a close and deep way the moral and ethical principles that are covered within the applied pharmaceutical deontology, from their research and manufacturing to commercialization and administration in living beings. It is also oriented to anyone who is interested in legality in the area of pharmacy and the production of medicines, as well as is aimed at anyone who is interested in knowing the ethical principles that must be applied in pharmacy when it comes to work and management of public health.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
