The approval of the Law on the Prevention of Lighting of Capital and Financing of Terrorism (Law 10/2010), together with Royal Decree 304/2014, has opened a new specialization niche for professionals in the field of law. The course in capital laundering prevention and terrorism financing is designed to provide their students with the essential knowledge for the provision of potential detection and prevention services of capital laundering, from illegal activities.
