The course in choreographies design for fitness monitors is about practical training that enables to be able to exercise professionally as a fitness monitor, personal coach, physical trainer, or Fitness professor either in a gym, sports federation, athletics club, etc., designing choreographies so that classes, exercises and practices are most enjoyable, practical and fun.

This course will provide the student with the necessary knowledge to design choreographies for fitness classes, in addition to satisfactorily supervising the needs of the different aesthetic, sports and health objectives of students as a fitness monitor.
