This course in corporate finance offers you a specialized training in the field. Study the role of corporate finances within the scope of the process of creating value and the use of information on economic-financial statements in miso, analyze the liquidity and generation of cash flows within the scope of the company, make financial forecasts for decision making, study the relationship between risk and profitability, and the role of indebtedness and business financing instruments, apprehend the critical elements to carry out investment analysis, Identify the optimal structure of capital in the company, to know and fluently use the main methods of assessing companies, identify the creation of value in special operations such as mergers and acquisitions, leverage operations and business restructuring, knowing the characteristics of infrastructure financing through the Project Finance methodology, and determine the sources of value creation through new business enterprises.

With this corporate finance course you will design and direct the strategy and accounting and financial policies of the organization based on the economic environment.
