Summary
With this course of management of emotional intelligence, coaching and mindfulness you will know the principles of emotional intelligence, its benefits and the functioning of the emotional brain. You will address different methods to exercise and increase this type of intelligence through positive thoughts, self -control, imagination or visualization, conflict resolution and cognitive restructuring. In addition, you will know the world of coaching, a current therapeutic current that facilitates human processes and various benefits, as well as relaxation and centralization strategies of the moment such as mindfulness.
