Summary
More and more, the fashion and luxury sector has a great weight in the economy in Spain, since a high percentage of population works in fashion -related companies. This course in Fashion Law, arises from the demand of the fashion industries, the design and luxury of a legal and specialized advice, since it is a sector that requires specialists and experts in fashion and that moves at high speed. On the one hand, training aims to show a legal perspective and on the other, which entails a fashion business. It would not be possible to offer legal advice in the fashion area, without knowing the industry in detail, both nationally and internationally. It is a multidisciplinary branch, which studies different areas of law and the company.

This course in Fashion Law prepares you to understand the legal and legal gear that surrounds the world of fashion and its business. It is that students can solve real problems after the study of training, for example, how to legally protect a collection of clothing, how to internationalize a company or what should include a contract between an influencer and a luxury company.
Who is it addressed to?
The course in Fashion Law is aimed at professionals and students in the legal sector, that is, jurists who want to specialize in the field of fashion, design and luxury, as well as entrepreneurs who consider that they must expand knowledge, marketing and advertising professionals or fashion designers who want to know a legal perspective.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
