Summary
Free legal assistance is a constitutional right, whereby anyone has the right to obtain a lawyer and prosecutor ex officio if certain requirements are met. With this course in the provision of free legal assistance you will understand the most important aspects that concern the year as a lawyer and attorney and you will study the applicable legislation in the field. You will understand how literate assistance services are organized in the different Bar Associations throughout Spain, how the collegiate management of subsidies works to support this lawyer, and even how international treaties and agreements on free legal assistance are applied in Spain.

With this course in the provision of free legal assistance you will have the possibility of knowing the importance of the right to free legal assistance, what is their scope, who can be the beneficiaries, what is the procedure for the recognition of this right, how the lawyer and the ex officio attorney are designated, or how the free assistance services, defense and free representation are organized.
Who is it addressed to?
This course in the provision of free legal assistance can be aimed at persons, law students or future lawyers who wish to know how the right to obtain a lawyer and attorney to be assisted and represented if it intends to defend their interests, but does not have enough resources for it.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
