Summary
The Spanish Constitution, within the guiding principles of social and economic policy, recognizes in its article 43 the right to health protection and attributes to public authorities the competence to organize and protect public health through preventive measures and the necessary benefits and services. Health constitutes, therefore, an essential right of the person and, as such, only through their individual and collective satisfaction, substantial equality between individuals can be materialized, that society demands and the Constitution sanctions thanks to this course in health legislation of the Valencian Community you can know first hand the different competences.
