Summary
The course in comprehensive nursing care in the chronic renal patient responds to the growing prevalence of chronic renal disease (ERC) and the need for highly trained nursing professionals to provide comprehensive and specialized care to these patients. The Pathophysiology of the ERC is complex and requires solid knowledge for proper management. The precise evaluation and diagnosis are fundamental in the design of personalized care plans. Nurses, as key members of the care team, must be versed in the pharmacological and nutritional management of the ERC, as well as in renal replacement therapy and specialized care care and renal transplantation.

This course in integral nursing care in the chronic renal patient prepares you to be a highly trained and compassionate nursing professional in the integral management of patients with chronic kidney disease during their treatments. Through a combination of solid knowledge about pathophysiology, diagnosis, renal replacement therapies, specialized care and psychosocial approach.
Who is it addressed to?
This course is aimed exclusively at diplomas or graduates in nursing according to Law 44/2003, of November 21, on the ordination of health professions.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
