This Penitentiary Law course offers specialized training in the field and an agent formation in everything related to the scope of penitentiary law both at the administrative level and its impact on society and in the relations of the inmates with the outside world and with their rights in jail.

This Penitentiary Law course prepares to know the current legislation that regulates is the status of persons deprived of liberty, the means of prevention, the alternatives to the prison situation, and the incorporation into normal once the sentence has been fulfilled.
