Summary
This course in penitentiary legislation offers you a specialized training in the field. Penitentiary institutions have as its primary purpose the reeducation and social reintegration of those who have been sentenced to sentences and measures deprived of liberty, with art. 25 of the Spanish Constitution of 1978, as well as the retention and custody of detainees, prisoners and punishes. With this course in penitentiary legislation, all penitentiary legislation will be announced.
