Summary
All food over time is losing its characteristics. In this, its biological activity and the appearance of microorganisms intervene. All foods destined for consumption, whether human or animal, must meet a series of sanitary hygienic requirements and conditions that certify the quality and safety of said food when consumed. This course in food quality and safety in animal nutrition describes the processes and conditions related to complying with food safety regulations.

This course in food quality and safety in animal nutrition is aimed at people working in animal specialized establishments and that their daily work requires technical knowledge in food and nutrition.
