Summary
Thanks to this in progress in sports physiology you can specialize in the different aspects related to the physiology applied to sport. You will learn the most important physiological aspects that are worked with sports practice such as, for example, anatomical foundations, muscular physiology, energy systems, human body devices, organic adaptations and exercise metabolism, among other aspects. In addition, you will know the relationship of physiology applied to sports nutrition, doping, and the influence it has in human aging. After finishing the course you will be prepared at the theoretical level on the most important elements at the physiological level that influence the exercise

With this course in sports physiology you will be prepared in terms of basic knowledge of the physiology involved in sport, anatomical aspects of the movement, organic adaptations of the organism produced by the exercise. In addition, you will know the practical application of physiology in sports nutrition, as well as the condition it causes in human aging and you will learn basic aspects of injury prevention.

This course in sports physiology is aimed at every professional in the field of sport or health, as well as any person related to them who intends to specialize in sports physiology and learn the importance of different physiological aspects when a sports activity is carried out.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
