Summary
In the current labor market, it is normal that the technological development and the scope of the economic objectives of the organization be taken into account, forgetting too often, that the work is developed and the objectives are met, by people with diverse capacities, motivations and expectations, so you cannot forget the risks of psychosocial origin that, due to the frequency and incidence with which they are presented, have serious repercussions on the health of the individual. Since the entry into force of the Occupational Risk Prevention Law, companies must avoid any situation that may affect the safety and health of their workers. In all jobs there may be psychosocial risks, being those that generate longer work casualties, in addition to being the most recurring. On the other hand, stress is one of the main causes of casualties in our work environment, very negatively affecting the quality of life and health of short and long term workers, in addition to the threat it supposes for the achievement of business objectives. Hence the need to prevent its effects and learn to handle the generating situations of negative stress so that they do not become a source of tension and discomfort, being an essential step to achieve stability and psychological well -being in the workplace. This training action will provide the appropriate knowledge to address good management of situations that cause the appearance of mental fatigue and stress, through a series of evaluation and control techniques, allowing the modulation of behaviors in those variables causing discomfort.

This training action is generally aimed at providing the student with comprehensive training regarding the psychosocial factors present in workplaces, especially mental fatigue and work stress, as well as its triggering factors and their consequences. The training action also offers the student various individual and collective strategies of a cognitive type that enable the reduction of high levels of work stress and other psychosocial pathologies, through the introduction in the practice of some preventive techniques that allow effectively to face potentially conflicting situations.
Who is it addressed to?
Company managers, HR directors, selection technicians and HR, responsible and technicians of PRL departments and occupational health, responsible for quality and RSC departments, people with responsibility for command, intermediate controls, team coordinators, owners of productive or professional processes that develop their work in an environment prone to labor conflicts as a result of an excess of psychosocial risks. In general, any person or professional who wishes to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for the prevention and management of psychosocial and work stress.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
