COURSE MF2007-1 Cemeteria Cleaning

Within the world of sociocultural services and the community, it is necessary to know the different fields of funeral and cemetery maintenance activities, within the professional area of consumer services. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the cleaning of cemeteries.

- Apply manual sweeping techniques in cemetery cleaning activities following established protocols for waste management. - Apply mechanical scanning techniques in cleaning activities of cemeteria spaces following the protocols established for waste management and road circulation standards and safety in the management of utensils and mechanical tools in the cemetery. - Apply bucket and scrubber cleaning techniques, with manual and/or mechanical means, to perform the cleaning activity in cemeteries respecting safety standards. - Apply immediate action techniques in open spaces of the cemetery, using manual and/or mechanical means depending on the event or cause that generates the impact to restore the cleaning and safety of the affected area. - Apply cleaning techniques of the watercolorization systems of the cemetery (sewers, alcorques, sinks, imborders and grilles, among others), as a preventive maintenance activity for the operation of drainage in the cemetery. - Apply cleaning procedures in urban furniture and vertical walls for the maintenance of cemetery aesthetics respecting hygiene and safety standards. - Clean and order complementary areas of the cemetery, such as mortuary deposits, WC and stores, taking into account occupational risks. - Apply preventive measures associated with risks in cleaning in cemeteries.

It develops its professional activity in the funeral sector and both in public and private entities or autonomously. Its activity is carried out under the supervision of the upper person responsible.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF2007_1 Cemetering Clean Different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals from the world of sociocultural services, more specifically those linked to funeral and maintenance activities in cemeteries, within the professional area of consumer services, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the cleaning of cemeteries.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
