This course is aimed at experts and industrial technical engineers and/or university degrees or any persons who wish to obtain the necessary knowledge to intervene as an expert in courts of justice, especially in the criminal and civil field. However, as established by the Civil Procedure Law in its article 340.1: Experts must possess the official title that corresponds to the subject subject of the opinion and the nature of the latter. If they are subjects that are not included in official professional titles, they will be appointed among people understood in those subjects.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
