COURSE OF PSYCHOLOGY, EDUCATION AND CANINO training (university degree with 5 ECTS credits)

The dog is an animal that has accompanied the evolution of humanity for a lot, has been next to it, being faithful support for many functions of life performance. At present, and given that the quality of life and the values of humanity have changed and to increase social sensitivity for these animals this area of dedication, canine training has experienced high growth. This course in psychology, education and canine training has been designed to address important points in the current vision of the dog, concerning three main points: psychology, education and training. We have a qualified teaching team that will not hesitate to help you with any questions during your learning.

- Know the different types of races, know how many dog races exist and their characteristics or typologies in order to understand their behavior and temperament. - Differentiate the evolutionary stages of a dog to act accordingly with age and its abilities. - Learn the basic components of your diets and possible feeding alterations that may appear in dogs to be able to elaborate a balanced diet that has an impact on their behavior in a positive way. - Know the measures that must be taken for adequate hygiene and care. - Learn the psychological characteristics that underlie animal behavior according to the evolutionary stage in which the dog is. - Know what psychological processes are important in the dog's behavior and how these influence the configuration of their temperament.

The course in psychology, education and canine training complements your training and previous knowledge in canine training. In short, this training prepares you to work as a canine trainer, canine therapist, educator and training in education and canine training centers and educator and training at home.

This course in psychology, education and canine training prepares you to know from the origin of the dog, types, races, characteristics and behavior to possible physical diseases, their psyche, the different techniques, methods and procedures that are used to modify their behavior, in addition to the training guidelines to follow to educate them. In short, it gives you an instruction based on respect for this animal.

This course in psychology, education and canine training is aimed at canine training professionals who wish to expand their knowledge, update and/or complete their training. The course is also focused on non -professionals who are interested in the subject or who consider it important to complement their training.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
