Summary

Childhood is a very vulnerable part of life, since the possibility of being free to children is offered but the means for it are not offered. Therefore, childhood protection becomes a key aspect of the adult population and worldwide, so that today's children become adults responsible and responsible for offering the same or better conditions to future generations. For this reason, this course in rights and protection of childhood offers you the possibility of entering and deepening more about what are the main rights of children and what agencies act in this area, as well as the situations in which the living conditions of the minors are violated.

Goals

- Identify what are the main basic and fundamental rights of childhood. - Analyze the coverage and protection of childhood that is carried out from organizations and institutions. - Analyze coverage and childhood protection from a legal perspective. - Establish those situations that violate the rights of children and how that violation has an impact on the child population.

To prepare you

This course in rights and protection of childhood prepares you to learn more about the fundamental rights of children, the protection of childhood and the different organizations and institutions that work in this area. It also prepares you to identify those situations in which these rights are seriously violated.

Who is it addressed to?

This course in rights and childhood protection is aimed at any professional in the childhood sector and minor assistance that is interested in learning more about the basic and fundamental rights that exist in relation to childhood, as well as is aimed at anyone interested in the deepening of childhood and the integral coverage presented by the child population in terms of rights.

Official Character

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.

University degree of rights and childhood protection with 5 ECTS university credits. Scoring course as merits for access oppositions to the teaching public function in all CC.
