Summary

The complaints office is one of the most important structures within the police body, since it allows citizens to access the legal route and publicize any criminal act that has occurred. Therefore, this course aims to provide information about how the State Security Forces and Bodies are organized, taking into account the current legality, as well as providing the specific criteria and procedures of the management of the Office of Complaints and the attention to the citizen by professionals who are responsible for performing police work.

Goals

- Know the regulation of the forces and bodies of the State based on the legal regulations in force, mainly attending to what is established by the laws that regulate the police principles. - Explain the types of procedures and processes carried out by agents within the complaints office, emphasizing the types of demands used by citizens, as well as the preparation of the attestation and procedural and investigation proceedings. - Describe basic concepts on criminal procedural law also taking into account the Habeas Corpus procedure. - Describe the strategies and techniques used to offer citizen care with the highest possible quality, describing the basic characteristics of basic care techniques.

This course prepares you to learn about the established legality that encompasses the principles of action and proceeding from the State Security Forces and Bodies, as well as prepares you to establish a management of the Office of Complaints and Citizen Service that is carried out within the different police teams. In addition, this course prepares you to acquire certain citizen care skills so that the citizen-agent relationship is established in the best possible way, obtaining both parties benefits.
