Summary
One of the main objectives of the DMA is to promote competition in the digital market. Large technological platforms have accumulated a significant power and, in some cases, they have hindered the entry of smaller competitors. The DMA seeks to balance the playing field by guaranteeing an environment in which all companies have the opportunity to compete fairly. This Digital Markets Act course will prepare you to understand, comply with, and/or work on roles related to regulation and politics in the digital field, which is essential in an increasingly digitized and regulated world.
