Summary
This neonatology diploma addresses from embryonic development to usual pathologies and procedures. A solid base is established to understand the stages of prenatal development and associated anomalies. In addition, it focuses on obstetric emergencies, providing skills to treat obstetric trauma and perform the newborn. It also explores the characteristics and behavior of the newborn, and deepens basic care, including screening tests and medical control. Finally, during the formation various pathologies and disorders are addressed, from malformations to metabolic problems and infections, providing an integral understanding and the treatment of these pathologies.
