ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION MONITOR COURSE + Formator Training (Double degree with 5 ECTS credits)

The changes that have occurred in the world of work are demanding new training strategies and the renewal of didactic methodologies. Today, the initial formation is only the beginning of a whole way to go. Indeed, the permanent training of professionals is an indispensable requirement to deal with the demands and requirements of the work environment. This course has been created under this idea and aims to train teaching staff for the development of different training actions such as official continuous training plans, official non -regulated training or occupational professional training. In the same way, the course will train the student in the management of education and communication techniques necessary for the development of environmental education projects that entail awareness and participation in environmental protection and sustainable development issues of their recipients.

- Understand the importance of education and communication processes such as control and minimization of the environmental crisis of today's society, as well as its limitations. - Acquire basic knowledge about approaches and approaches to environmental education and the environment, to get to understand the environment globally and holistically. - Promote the use of different sources of information before assessing any environmental issue as well as doing small research works based on students' interests to enhance the acquisition of new concepts and skills. - Acquire the necessary capacities to perform teachers' functions in a private training or academy. - Acquire the pedagogical and didactic competences necessary for the design, planning, management and implementation of a training plan, both in the business field and in the unregulated official training.

This course is aimed at all those teachers of early childhood education, primary education, secondary education teachers, psychologists, pedagogues, psychopedagogues, etc. And, in general, any university degree interested in performing their professional work in the teaching field. Education professionals interested in quality training that allows them to deal with the changing reality of the classrooms and the new competences that are required for the exercise of their profession.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
