Environmental psychology is an emerging and promising discipline that aims to improve society addressing the problems that arise in physical environments in which human beings cohabit. The variety of labor contexts in which psycho -environmental knowledge can be applied, as well as the environmental changes and challenges that our society is going through, are some of the reasons why the environmental psychologists are increasingly necessary. This course in environmental psychology allows to acquire the theoretical bases in relation to psychology applied to the environment, as well as show the applications of such knowledge in diverse labor contexts.

- Know what environmental psychology is. - Know how we perceive and interpret our environment as well as the factors that influence these processes. - Know how the environment impacts the individual and their relationship with others. - Know how people's behavior impacts the environment. - Identify the main areas of intervention of environmental psychology.

This course helps you profile and develop your professional career in different fields, for example: design of spaces in different contexts (health, educational, labor, urban design), intervention and/or environmental management, environmental consulting, public management of environmental issues at the local, provincial and autonomous levels, design of environmental education programs and campaigns.

This online course in environmental psychology allows professionals from different areas (architecture, space design, urban planning, environmental management, etc.) Knowing the psychological impact of certain environmental actions and on the contrary, how people's attitudes and behavior impacts on the environment.

Psychology professionals who wish to develop in the field of environment. It is also aimed at professionals from other disciplines (education, sociology, psychopedagogy, architecture, engineering) who want to apply psycho -environmental knowledge to their work contexts, and to anyone who wishes to know how to improve our relationship with the environment and apply it to their own work and personal context.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
