Summary

In the field of building and civil works, it is necessary to know the different fields of decorative painting under construction, within the professional area of masonry and finishes. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to execute and organize the application of decorative paint finishes, wallpaper and fiberglass and vinyl coatings, making the preparation of the supports -muros, partitions, ceilings and carpentry -, following the guidelines specified in technical documentation and the indications of the superior or responsible, complying with the established prescriptions in terms of safety and health quality, and collaborating in risk control in your professional area.

Goals

- Laning and regularizing supports for construction coating. - Apply Protective Printing and Paints under construction. - Make wall coverings in paper, fiberglass and vinyl. - Make decorative paint finishes in construction. - Organize painting work under construction. - Control at the basic level construction risks.

Professional opportunities

He develops his activity in the production area, as an autonomous or wage worker in small, medium and large private companies under the direction and supervision of a manager, and, where appropriate, organizing the work of his operators. Collaborates in the prevention of risk of its scope of responsibility, being able to perform the basic function of occupational risk prevention.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the EOCB0110 Professional Certificate Decorative Painting, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).
