Curriculum

Summary

Special education focuses on children, youth and adults with special educational needs. These include not only disabilities, but also everything that can make people learning difficult and therefore, so they create needs. It is very important to know what type of psychoeducational intervention can be carried out with this type of students and be able to put it into practice in daily life. This master offers basic training in psychoeducational intervention in students with special educational needs.

Goals

- Identify the individual capacities of children, referring to the stages of development. - Accompany students with special educational needs (ACNEE) in internal displacements in the educational center. - Execute, in collaboration with the tutor and/or with the interdisciplinary team of the educational center, the educational programs of students with special educational needs (ACNEE) in their reference classroom. - Implement the autonomy and hygiene programs people in the toilet of students with special educational needs (ACNEE), participating with the interdisciplinary team of the educational center. - Attending and monitoring students with special educational needs (ACNEE), participating together with the tutor in the development of both social autonomy programs and in the programs of recreational activities. - Serve students with special educational needs (ACNEE) in the school dining room, participating with the interdisciplinary team of the educational center in the implementation of feeding habits. - Know the main manifestations of child psychopathology and the methods of evaluation, diagnosis and treatment that are used from psychology to address them. - Know the scope, the target population and the main theoretical models in early care.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
