EXCAVATION COURSE WITH DRILLING AND RIVING EQUIPMENT: RAISE BORING

In the field of extractive industries it is necessary to know the different fields of the mechanized underground excavation directed of small section, within the professional area of mining. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for excavation with drilling and rare equipment: Raise Boring.

- Preparation of specific individual and collective protection equipment for progress with drilling and rare equipment, identifying the different types of workplace. - Describe the general characteristics and conditions of drilling and scarce with Raise Boring equipment, identifying the various types and components of the equipment, as well as excavation procedures. - Analyze the drilling and rare techniques, according to the equipment operating instructions, for the realization of small section excavations. - Examine the requirements and carry out the top -level maintenance operations, the drilling and rare equipment, their assembly and their disassembly, following the maintenance manual.

It develops its professional activity as an autonomous or worker on behalf of others in the area of production of large, medium and small businesses, public or private, dedicated to mechanized underground excavation, with use or not of excavated materials. He performs technical activities, within the framework of the functions and objectives assigned by technicians of a higher level, of which he will receive general instructions and to which he will inform. The professional activities of the workers of Open or Underground Mining Mining Explorations, in regard to the general safety and specific standards of their workplace, are subject to the regulations of the competent administration.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1384_2 Formative Module with drilling and scarce equipment: Raise Boring, certifying having overcome the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which it will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective certificate of professionalism. Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of extractive industries, specifically in mechanized underground excavation directed in a small section, within the professional area of mining, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to excavation with drilling and scarce equipment: Raise Boring.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
