Summary

If you work or are interested in working in the sports and and Queire environment knowing the functions related to anatomy and biomechanics to improve your skills as a coach in a general way, through the present biomechanical course of the exercise you can acquire the necessary techniques to perform this work successfully. Through the year of biomechanics of the exercise you will know the foundations of sports movement and physiology, training you to offer advice to athletes and professional coaches in this area.

Goals

Among the objectives of the year's biomechanical course, the following include: - Establishing an approach to the minimum content of sports health. - Know and recognize the importance of mass health massage. - Verify and classify the different types of bandage depending on their characteristics. - Recognize the importance of good food in sports. - Know the most frequent lesions and their treatments. - Know the evolution of biomechanics in history. - Learn the mathematical and physical bases for movement analysis. - Know the foundations of movement. - Know the different types of mechanics related to the structures of the human body. - Know the foundations of sports physiology. - Learn the physiological basis of biomechanics. - Perform cardiovascular adaptations related to physical exercise. - Know genetics in sport. - Differentiate about aging theories and physical activity.

Who is it addressed to?

The present biomechanical course of the exercise is directed to all those students and professionals in the field of sport who wish to continue training in the field by expanding their knowledge with content such as sports anatomy, sports biomechanics etc. As well as any person who for professional or personal reasons want to train in this area.

Official Character

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
