Summary
The Data Protection Delegate (DPD) is the professional who deals with the application of privacy and data protection legislation, that is, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Organic Law on Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD) and other data protection provisions in organizations. Article 37 of the GDPR imposes on public administrations, provided that they carry out a personal data processing, the obligation to designate a data protection delegate. The training program of the Data Protection and Public Administration expert has been designed to train the DPDs to perform this function in the public administration.

The expert in data protection and public administration prepares you to perform the functions of the DPD within the Public Administration, or as an external ASEASER/RA, obtained an adapted training to perform its functions by providing due attention to the risks associated with treatment operations, taking into account the nature, scope, context and purposes of treatment.
