Summary
This course in capital laundering prevention develops the basic powers on the prevention of money laundering. This phenomenon has currently become one of the most transcendence criminal activities from the economic, political and social point of view at the international level (Law 10/2010, of April 28, on the prevention of the money laundering and the financing of terrorism, and then in Royal Decree 304/2014, of May 5, which approves the regulation that develops the previous law, which establishes a series of obligations to certain law subjects for the prevention of Blac-FT).

This course enables professionals from different sectors to recognize the money laundering, in addition to knowing the legal framework that concerns this issue. This course also includes techniques to detect, anticipate and act in front of money laundering. In addition to attending to the obligations stipulated in Law 10/2010, of April 28, on the prevention of the money laundering and the financing of terrorism and in Royal Decree 304/2014, of May 5 by which its regulations are approved.
Who is it addressed
This course is aimed at workers and responsible for the financial and judicial sectors, as well as any person who wishes to train in the prevention of capital laundering as well as the obliged subjects who must receive a specific training in the prevention of Blac-FT by application of Law 10/2010 and the Royal Decree 304/2014 and who without having to go to a specialist in the field can implement their own prevention system.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
